Made with 100% Nero d'Avola but vinified as a white wine, this tangy white has aromas of tropical fruit, honeysuckle and a yeasty whiff of bread dough. The palate recalls the nose, offering honeydew melon, ripe yellow pear and hints of wild herb alongside crisp acidity.
