Aromas of cherry- fruit leather, vanilla and coconut are followed by a palate where the wood largely takes over.

Mistral is an earthy red blend of Grenache (63%), Syrah (32%) and Mourvedre (5%) from Red Mountain's Ciel du Cheval and Heart of the Hill Vineyards.
