Pakravan Papi, Super Tuscan Prunicce

The Tuscan coast of the Val di Cecina is renowned everywhere for its Cabernets, but for ages past, Sangioveto has sovereignly dominated its slopes. Prunicce blends the delicate and fruitful aromas of Sangiovese piccolo with the more spicy and austere Cabernet Sauvignon. A blend, halfway between tradition and novelty, where plum and red fruit prevail, that easily withstands aging for some years. 12 months in barrel / 6 months in bottle Beautiful full ruby red color. The nose shows red fruits with floral and spicy notes. The palate is soft and full with aromas of amarasca cherry, sour cherry and ripe plum, slightly spicy finish.
